Welcome to ViveWell Health Group, My name is Heidy Honrado founder and CEO, a dedicated Certified Health Coach with accreditation from ACE the American Council on Exercise. I am on a mission to guide individuals like you toward optimal well-being. Currently pursuing the National Board Health and Wellness Certification (NB-HWC), I stay abreast of the latest research and evidence-based practices to ensure our clients receive top-notch support. My role as your health coach is to empower you to make lasting lifestyle changes, embrace self-care, and unlock your full potential to achieve life goals. Together, we will craft a personalized roadmap aligned with your unique needs, aspirations, and values, celebrating progress and embracing the joy of a healthier, more balanced life.

Who We Serve
Our coaching services are designed for individuals who are working towards weight management, stress management, and lifestyle changes for better health and well-being. We understand the unique challenges that come with trying to fit YOU into the areas of your day-to-day. In collaboration, we can discover optimal ways to improve your health that best fits your life and all that comes with it. We believe that you are the expert in your own life and that you already have the answer.
How We Do It
We use an evidence-based client-centered approach to coaching that focuses on your unique lifestyle needs and goals. We will work together to identify your strengths and challenges and develop strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve success. Our coaching programs include one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and virtual coaching through a HIPPA-compliant app. Our services are also fully bilingual in Spanish If needed.
